The Rock-A-Fellas

Just received this lovely message from Rosanne Schmidt:

The Rock-A-Fellas played at our daughter’s wedding reception and were incredible. Most of our guests stayed and danced for the entire reception and had a blast. I highly recommend them if you have an event where you want a high energy band that appeals to an adult crowd.

Thanks to all our fans for a great year and we look forward to an even better 2012!

After 20 rockin years, The Rock-A-Fellas bass player, Tim Rogers has decided it’s time to leave the band to pursue other interests (such as his own wonderful original music with the band “Radio Friendly” and more time with his family).

Tim was one of the founding members of the band and he will be missed. Being in a band can be like being in a multi-member marriage. There’s ups and downs, laughter and tears, joy and frustration, good times and bad. In the past 20 years we’ve share a lot of experiences, marriages, divorces, children being born and so much more and played more songs and gigs than we could possibly count.

Change is always hard but we will look on the past fondly and look to future positively. It was a pleasure sharing the stage and making music for all these years. We hope you’ll all join us in wishing him the best in all his future endeavors and all the happiness life has to offer. Few bands can say they’ve had the same lineup for 15 years. Like soldiers who serve together, Tim will always be a member of “the family”.
